About us

Cornel Property is owned by Cornel LTD which is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 13409029. Cornel LTD is a real estate development and management business and is acting as the Acquisition & Restoration Manager, Property Manager, and Portfolio Asset Manager. 

Our focus is on acquiring development lands, undervalued or depressed residential properties, developing or improving and then reselling or holding to rent at an attractive price.

The company was incorporated and founded in 2021 by Cornelius Jideofor, who currently sits as the CEO of the company.
Cornelius is an enthusiastic professional who developed love for property in his teenage years while working with his father in their self-built family home. He was part of the entire process, starting from the purchase of the land to the placement of the last roof tile.

Cornelius later pursued a career in IT as a software engineer then later transitioned to IT project management. Throughout his professional career, he maintained his presence in the UK property market through rent-to-rent schemes and as an independent property manager. His dream is to deliver  unparalleled quality and innovative properties that will transform and set a new benchmark in the UK real estate landscape.

He possesses various building skills such as equipment handling, landscaping, paving, painting, wallpapering, mixing and pouring concrete and much more. He is a very confident communicator, a good negotiator and a meticulous project manager. The experience, passion and fulfilment he derives from doing DIY project is what led to the formation of Cornel LTD.

Our mode of operation is...

Our Objectives

  • To invest in undervalued residential or commercial real estate properties for the purpose of renovating or rehabilitation and then immediate resale, or to hold and rent properties, generating monthly income while obtaining market value appreciation over a longer period.
  • To manage a portfolio of real estate assets and investments from identifying potential properties, to evaluation, acquisition, and to final sale or disposition.
  • To contribute towards existing and forecast demand for housing through renovation or rehabilitation activities of newly acquired residential and commercial properties.
  • To build new and sustainable residential properties that can be sold at affordable prices or rented for a long term.
  • To remain financially viable and operate efficiently to ensure it receives sufficient rental income to meet all of its costs including financing, housing management, property maintenance and administration.

Cornel LTD will do its own research for property acquisitions, asset management, property management, and dispositions. The company will manage all acquisitions. It will seek residential investment opportunities that will produce a long term rental return between 7% to 10% per year and will aim for 20 to 30% on short term return after the successful sale of each property.
