Business renovation management

This project was completed in March 2024 for one of the small hotel chains located in Kent. It was a total renovation project managed by us and it involved the supply and fit of materials.

  • Fitting Floor tiles and carpets
  • Rendering and replastering all internal walls of the property
  • Lighting, electrical rewiring and plumbing.
  • Painting, MDF, wallpapers and decorating
  • Resturant & Bar refurbishment

The project was executed under the clients supervision. All materials not excluding tiles, lightings, paints, carpets etc where handpicked by the client and supplied by us. The final result was outstanding and the client totally pleased.
