We’re pleased to be acting in the capacity of a property manager and portfolio asset manager for Mr Sohail Turani who temporarily moved out of the UK back to his home country for couple of months (6 to 24 months). 

By going into a guaranteed rent contract with us on 3 of his properties in, our client started receiving his monthly rent from the following month the contract was agreed. The property was vacant for the first 2 months while we looked for and vetted the best tenants and throughout the void periods, he received his rent as per the contract agreement. We found reliable tenants and now we’re focused on ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.

Maintenance and Repairs

Regular maintenance and prompt repairs are essential to preserving the value of a property within our care and keeping tenants satisfied:

  • Routine Maintenance: We organize and supervise regular maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical maintenance. We also conduct a pre tenancy cleaning and painting. Doing this helps us prevent small issues from becoming costly repairs and ensures the property remains in top condition.
  • Emergency Repairs: So far we haven’t had any emergency repairs to the property but we offer a 24/7 emergency repair service to quickly address any urgent maintenance issues, such as plumbing leaks or electrical failures. We coordinate with trusted contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Preventive Maintenance: We develop a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address common wear and tear, helping to avoid costly repairs and extending the lifespan of key systems such as servicing of boilers and clearing of gutters.
